Training Regiment’s Basic Training is built to span 24 weeks of physical training. While there is no “correct” method of training, each member of the regiment is expected to be able to perform each of the following events:
-5-mile run without walking or stopping.
-Benchpress your body weight.
-Back Squat 1.5 times your body weight.
-Deadlift 2 times your body weight.
-Overhead Press .5 times your body weight.
You are free to train in any fashion that meets your current ability levels.

All members of the regiment are required to speak at English and Spanish fluently. During the basic training period, each member should begin training in the language in which they are least familiar.

It is recommended that each member of the Regiment keeps a Bullet Journal. Using and maintaining a bullet journal is not required.
