Guiding Philosophy: We start with Stoicism but quickly transition to learning as much as possible about negotiation techniques in all settings. From work to home to everyday interactions, our philosophy is that life is a negotiation. We believe that life is best lived when negotiations are successful.

Our Motto: “I Will.” The simplicity of the statement captures the brevity we cherish and the need to embrace life’s challenges at every turn. I Will. Is the only answer we provide when asked, “Who will . . .” in any context.

• Seek advantage but never at the expense of our core values.

• Speak plainly and truthfully to yourself and others - do not engage in hyperbole or catastrophizing. Brevity is our watch-word.

• Find empathy for all persons. Be tactful in speech.

• Ignore nay-sayers. 

• The world is neither just or unjust; acting within our core values in all situations is most correct.
