We believe world-class physical training should be within reach of the average athlete. In our everyday athlete program, we begin by developing your athlete profile followed by tailored assessments designed to show where you need to improve the most. Finally, we build your training program with you and set attainable goals to help you get closer to your athletic goals.
We will be with you every step of the way. But our ultimate goal is to help you develop a deep understanding of your body, assessments, and program development so you don’t need us anymore.
Life is busy. We train you to meet your sport-specific goals.
Note: We train athletes. We believe everyone is an athlete. We expect you to compete in an event of some kind. Most of our athletes will run a 5k, 10k, or half-marathon. Others will compete in a powerlifting event, shooting competition, cycling competition, or an obstacle course race.

Perhaps the single greatest factor in the success or failure of a candidate moving through police, fire, or military entry programs is candidate fitness levels.
It’s always best to be in great physical shape before you attend entry-level training. Being in amazing shape allows you focus on becoming the best officer or military member you can be during training. It also allows you to manage the stress of follow-on training with greater efficiency once you graduate from entry-level training.
We will help you train like the professional athlete you are. We will also help you improve your handgun proficiency, if needed.

Are you an active-duty, guard, or reserve military member, law enforcement officer, or firefighter? If so, you need a training team that understands the demands placed on your body when your life depends on your fitness level.
We are that team. We will help you build or maintain your fitness level so you can make it through every call, every time.
We will meet with you to discuss your specific role inside your agency. We will develop a movement analysis of your job and build an athlete profile for you. We will build a 12-month, periodized training program specifically for you that fits your schedule.
